Fire Raiders offers a variety of refurbishments and upgrades including a bumper-to-bumper repair & rehabilitation on your apparatus. These services can give you a significantly improved unit at a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new vehicle.
We have a facility that is dedicated exclusively to the service, repair and refurbishment of ALL makes and models of fire apparatus.
Capabilities:
Engine rebuilds. A complete engine overhaul and Dino Test will ensure that your Fire Truck
performs the way it was designed for.
Transmission rebuilds. Complete transmission overhaul, drive shaft rebuild and balancing.
Suspension and chassis overhauls. This includes new shackles, replacement leaf and coil
springs and upgrades.
Pump and foam system upgrades and overhauls. We offer a complete range of services from
minor repairs to major pump overhauls on most of the pump makes and models. We also offer
complete pump and foam system replacements which means your vehicle will be equipped with
the latest in fire pump technology.
Water Tank repairs and replacements.
Replacement superstructures. If a superstructure is no longer repairable or simply old and
outdated.

- Completely refurbished with 500 litres water capacity and high pressure firefighting pump.
- Trailer has been designated as a “Special Events” trailer and will be deployed as static cover for events where a full firefighting crew is not needed to do standby duties or as part of extra cover for larger events, e.g. 2010 PVA, Worcester Show, etc.
- Trailer will also be utilized for off-site firefighting training by the Training Section.
- Trailer will be strategically deployed as part of the Special Operations Response Team (SORT) equipment cache.
